Accessibility Policy

Damian Box Branding is committed to removing barriers and providing equal access to people with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Commitment We treat all individuals with dignity and respect, and provide goods, services, and employment opportunities in a way that considers individual accessibility needs.

Key Definitions

  • Disability: Includes physical, mental, developmental, and learning disabilities as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • Barrier: Anything that hinders full participation in society, including physical, communication, technological, or attitudinal obstacles.

  • Accessible formats: May include large print, audio, electronic formats, braille, and other formats suitable to the individual.

Policy Overview Damian Box Branding complies with all relevant standards under the AODA, including:

  • Information & Communication: We provide information in accessible formats upon request and communicate in ways that respect individual needs.

  • Employment: We offer accommodations throughout the hiring process and employment lifecycle. Employees are informed of accommodation policies on hire and whenever updates occur.

  • Customer Service: Services are delivered in a way that promotes independence and equal access. We accommodate assistive devices, service animals, and support persons.

  • Design of Public Spaces: Any redevelopment will follow the AODA’s Design of Public Spaces Standard.

  • Transportation: Not applicable—Damian Box Branding does not provide passenger transportation.

Service Disruptions We will notify the public of any temporary service interruptions, including reasons, duration, and available alternatives, using accessible formats and multiple communication channels.

Feedback We welcome feedback on accessibility via email, phone, or in person. Concerns will be reviewed, and responses provided in an accessible manner.
